The ‘Weinstube’ (wine tavern) was opened for the first time by Eduard Kainz in 1936. His successor, Wilhelm Kainz expanded the inn into the Café/Restaurant.

Ever since its inauguration, this has been a place of tranquility, comfort, serenity and coziness at the foot of the Königsschlösser.

Since the beginning of 2005, Ms. Emmer has been offering her Bavarian and Tyrolean meals in her restaurant, which has 220 interior seats that are distributed in two dining rooms.
